Life is an icredible experience and is whatever is thought of It. My journey has been a strange adventure. I have been able to see spirit since a child and always had the ability to connect with people on a deep level. I regularly have prophetic dreams and know things before they happen.

I have been compelled my whole life to know more and have spent a lot of time in contemplation. Saying that I still love to have fun and spend just as much time laughing and living in joy.

My 18yr vipassana meditation practise has served to heighten and deepen my understandin of Life and how It works - in my experience.

The journey of my unfolding spirituality has led me to teach meditation and explore my creativity. More recently I have been expressing my spirituality through photo art by creating images that attempt to capture representations of peoples spirit and essence.

I have come to realise that Life is all about Self. Whatever I see is because of me for all of Life is infinite and perfect at Its core. If I project stories, judgments and beliefs on to It then It must conform to that for there is only consciousness interacting with and conforming to Itself. Life brings expressions into my experience that reflect my consciousness.

I offer to hold space for pure consciousness to be present without anything projected onto It which clears blocks and allows consciousness free unhindered expression. The sessions are silent and can be experienced one to one or in a group either online or in person depending on location. However, there is no separation in consciousness so there is no separation anywhere.

Coaching is one to one sesssion to explore what is not working and where you are feeling stuck. Not in the conventional ways but using the seeming experiences in dualtiy as refelctions to start from. We can chat first before proceeding if you like.
