Meeting Truth supports those exploring the truth of being by connecting the nonduality community around the world. One of the ways we do this is by providing the central portal at http://meetingtruth.com along with a suite of tools that enable you to communicate, promote and manage your nondual offering to the world.
The Meeting Truth platform and suite of tools enables you to fully utilize an intelligent application of technology without any unnecessary up-front financial investment in your own software development. Whether it's sharing in person at events, through digital downloads or physical products, Meeting Truth can be harnessed to expose your offering to the central portal and also to your website and other relevant websites.
We are honoured to host many leading of the leading nonduality teachers who, by standing shoulder-to-shoulder with other teachers, facilitators, venues and organizations, help one another to reach a far wider global audience for their material.
Simply sign up to Meeting Truth - registration is fast and FREE - and click on "create event" to add your Non-duality event to the site.
Adding a new teacher
If you're organising an event that is hosted by a teacher or facilitator that isn't already on the Meeting Truth teacher list, you'll be invited to add that teacher. If relevant, you'll have the option to invite that teacher or their administrator toMeeting Truth, so that they can manage the Teacher's profile page on the site.
Providing administrative access to more than one person
If there are several people who would benefit from being able to access one or all of your events, you can use the 'User Groups' feature to assign an event to several people at once.
For your security
As soon as the new Teacher has been approved by the Meeting Truth team (to avoid any chance of fraudulent events being added), your event will be made live on the site.
If you're a new organiser who is creating and event for a teacher who is already on the Teacher list, the teacher will be invited to authorise you as an event organiser for that teacher. The approval process is fast and simple.
Commission and booking fees
To fund the site, we charge a small commission to organisers of 2.5% of the ticket price. When creating an event, you may elect to either absorb that commission into the ticket price, or add it on top.
We use PayPal to take payments, and all payment go directly to your PayPal account when a ticket is purchased, minus the 2.5% commission.
PayPal fees will apply to all transactions using PayPal.
Please ensure that your PayPal account is set up to receive the currency that you set your event to. For example, if you set your ticket prices in US Dollars, please ensure that your PayPal account is set up to receive US Dollars too.
For larger organisations who manage many events, we are also able to offer an alternative of authorize.net payments directly to your bank account; do get in touch with us if you'd like to find out more.
For clarity, please understand that Meeting Truth acts as a third party facilitator for your ticket sales - it's you who are selling them, directly to your customers - we simply provide the software to help you do this.
Reports
For every event that you are an administrator for, you have access to a range of reports. See who has paid in full, who has just paid their deposit, and view the answers to custom questionnaires that you can set up to ask your attendees about special dietary or accommodation requirements, for example.
Intuitive revenue reports give you a statement of transactions, while individual reports show you the current balance for a particular event.
You can export a list of attendees at the press of a button, or send an email broadcast to attendees who match specific criteria; for example, you could send a gentle reminder email to those who haven't paid their balance, or send last-minute information to everyone who's attending.
Email notifications and Newsletters
We also know the value of targeted mailings, and so provide you with the ability to import your own contacts lists, or send an email to people who attended a specific previous event. But don't worry, you won't be emailing people who don't want to receive your mails - contacts can unsubscribe from your list at any time.
Display Meeting Truth events and take bookings on your own website
With Meeting Truth, there's no need to manage your events in multiple places - place our plugin on a page on your own website, and your events will automatically be listed on your site whenever you add them to Meeting Truth.
Visitors to your website can view a list of all your events, filter events by location, and view the events details and ticket information, and make bookings, all within your website.
If you don't have a Wordpress site, no problem - Just get in touch and we'll set a plugin up for you which is compatible with your site.
