His root teacher is Adyashanti, but he's also been profoundly influenced by Ramana Maharshi, Jean Klein, and Byron Katie among others. He has been deeply involved in meditation, silent retreats, and breathwork for over 25 years. He loves nothing more than sharing his understanding with clients eager to discover their true natures. He lives and teaches in Southern California.
"Silence is at the heart of all spiritual traditions, and inner silence is what we all crave, whether we know it or not. Inner peace is always available to us no matter what the circumstances of our lives may be. Discovering inner stillness must be our foremost priority. Otherwise, the rest of life, in the form of thinking, will always insist it is more important.
By using the combination of meditation and breathwork, we are offered a rare and powerful gaze into our most troubling, habitual patterns while simultaneously being shown the heart of our own ineffable beauty. With these powerful tools, we are able to loosen the binds of our persistent, stressful thoughts, and ultimately find that it is safe to let go and relax into presence. In this newly realized, ever-present silence, we find our true selves."
