Rather than a ‘teacher’, I see myself as a facilitator who is willing to share information and experiences that may be useful to others.

I have been practicing non-duality/advaita since Dec 2013 after receiving initiation from my guru Sri Ramakant Maharaj. His teaching is the radical and absolute direct knowledge that ‘you’ are the eternal essence that is one with all.

Whilst my personal practice follows this tradition, our retreats are open to anyone who has a genuine desire to know Truth and become free regardless of their background or path. Our retreats offer a space to focus on the nature of Reality, which ultimately is beyond everything, traditions, paths etc.

I have a musical background and released my own album at a previous stage of my life. I bring this musicality to the retreat experience by playing guitar and harmonium to the bhajans and kirtans that we sing on our retreats.

To make a living I work as a leadership coach and facilitator. I attained the designation of Professional Certified Coach in 2020 with the ICF. In this work, I have helped hundreds of people, and dozens of organizations progress in to be freer and more successful.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Science (Hons) in 2000 (pre-clinical medical training).

N.B. I believe that spiritual knowledge should not be commercialized. In line with this our retreat fees are only for the running costs - e.g. accommodation, food, utilities, materials etc and also for the life coaching elements of the course. We are not charging for spiritual teaching, nor empire building or ‘monetizing’ in any way. We are not creating any models of dependency.
