Simple Awareness (Midlands) - SAM

 The essence of these meetings will be driven from a genuine interest and deep love of the exploration of what it means to live a life of Freedom; to explore our experience with open-hearted honesty and commitment to Truth.  There will be time for authentic questioning and dialogue, and equally time for resting in silence.
These meetings are not set up as a Teacher/Guru-student scenario, but rather a unity of friends with a common love of self-realisation who come together and allow the potency of presence to guide and unfold before them.
