Do you spend so much energy trying to second-guess what other people think about you? It can seem so difficult to do ‘it’ right according to what you think people want. Sometimes they like you and give their approval and love, and sometimes they reject you and criticise you. When you are dependent on people’s approval, you get blown around by their every little whim. You are constantly looking outside of yourself to find, yourself. And it is never there. This brings only pain and suffering. Let’s come together to examine this movement outwards more closely, to shed some light on it.
