WHAT A SILENT CIRCLE RETREAT IS ABOUT

Exploring in an intimate circle allows more space to be as well as lots of time and therefor more of a gentle quality of attention. All this enhances the feeling of safety, which enables the system to open up and explore deeply. This setting also allows more time to rest, regenerate, which invites the nervous system to unwind and deeply let go. Something that usually is not a reality in our daily life.

LOCATION

A beautiful little Finca-Hotel located in 5 mins walking distance to the ocean in the nature reserve 'Cala Mondrago' on Mallorca's east coast is going to host us for those 6 days. The owners, Miguel and Maria-Josep, welcome our group with arms wide open and will spoil us with delicious typical spanish food. All freshly prepared, much from their own garden and animals. You can expect high quality also in the rooms, which are all located on the parklike grounds and beautifully decorated in mallorcin style.

SILENCE

The Retreat is an invitation to be in silence in between the meetings. Silence opens a rare opportunity to be fully with yourself without habitual distractions of the mind. We recommend that you discover the tremendous value of being in silence for yourself. During the Retreat there will be 2 meetings daily. The remaining time you are invited to relax and to enjoy the quietness of the place.

PLEASE NOTE

For this Retreat the number of participants will be limited to max 20. The retreat fee includes accommodation and full board, water with meals, coffee, tea and cake, use of the pool as well as VAT. Please register in due time in order to save your place. The Retreat starts at 6pm with dinner and ends round 2pm after lunch. Please be there in time for check in.
