"Embodiment as the One Heart" sessions on zoom are best participated in on a desktop computer or laptop, because we will be able to see each other on small video screens and interact with each other beautifully, no matter where we are in the world. From experience in the past it can almost be easier to enter into a profound depth of heart as one than in a physical space, because we are not distracted by the appearance of walls in a room and apparently separate bodies in space. On zoom it becomes easily evident that no-separation and oneness and heartfullness is a universal principle that it not defined by definitions of space-time.

I will guide the session as usually from the realisation of non-separation and through meeting you and by inviting you into an interactive and creative unfolding, sometimes including guided meditation. Every session is uniquely shaped by what is brought up in the space. My priority within a group setting is always to make that self-organising principle of mutual empowerment and authenticity and alignment to universal oneness tangible as an incredibly joyful, nurturing and deeply satisfying embodied process, that often fuels new ideas for expansive creative processes.
