This ongoing class is for spiritual seekers deeply interested in realizing their true nature, Buddha nature, self-realization, etc. The name of this class is Being Present Now. In the spirit of an evening with Eckhart Tolle, I will use guided meditation, silence, self-inquiry and dialogue to assist in allowing presence to emerge in each of us. This group will allow for a dynamic interplay between the teacher and the guests, using questions and answers to help the guests find the inner stillness within. Returning to presence throughout the evening, allowing it to deepen within us, will be the guiding principal of our sessions. Group will meet twice a month. Chairs are available. His root teacher is Adyashanti, but he has also been deeply influenced by Ramana Maharshi, Eckhart Tolle, Jean Klein, and Byron Katie.
