This is a loving invitation to Giten's friends and sangha, who have participated in satsang with Giten before, to celebrate his birthday with darhan and satsang.

Darshan is a meeting with Giten, where he can talk informally with individuals and small groups of seekers of truth. In darshan, Giten answers questions from seekers and gives initiation to seekers of truth.

During this evening Giten will talk about death and resurrection, death and rejoicement, which is an essential topic for an sincere seeker of truth.

Someone who goes deep into meditation will come to a point when he or she becomes afraid of disappearing - just as a drop takes the jump into the ocean.

Meditation is the art of dissolving. Meditation is a death. In meditation you will learn to die and to be reborn. Meditation is a Death, but it is also a rejoicement, a resurrection. It will be a totally new fresh and original being, it will be fresh eyes and it will be a totally new heart.

Then you will be a hollow bamboo. The existence will sing songs through you, it will dance dances through you. Existence will express itself, and you will be a hollow bamboo.

Meditation will make you a hollow bamboo, and that empty heart belongs to existence itself.

The evening continues with silent satsang with Giten, which is a direct insight and experience of death rejoicement. The evening ends with ecological strawberry lemonade and cake.
