At the beginning of the event I will offer a demonstration to show an example of how movement and word can be aligned to being anexpression of the heart. It will be a contemplative and playful enquiry into who we are.

I then will facilitate an intensive, intuitively guiding you to explore your own and unique creative voice of beauty, profundity and oneness. There is absolutely no previous experience required.

I formally completed studies at Brighton University, where I was very honored to achieve a 1st class degree in Performance and Visual Art. The in-depth self-enquiry aspect of my creative work as it is today has gradually unfolded in a totally self-motivated manner.

DETAILS OF THE EVENT:

The event is in two parts. You can attend Part 1, the Demonstration only at 2pm (tickets are £10) which includes a period of silence and questions and answers. The beginning of the event is an important process that supports the intensive afterwards, if appropriate it can already be interactive. The first two hours are an invitation to become still, more aware of what is going on in body and mind, and most of all an invitation to expand the horizon of possibilities when we focus our attention on "who we are"... The whole event from 2pm to 6pm costs £25 in total.

A couple of times since I am offering these events, it has happened that only one person turned up. Both times it worked out to be a beautiful one-to-one. But one-to-ones have a very different quality and I want people to be able to choose if they are comfortable to work one-to-one or in a small group. This is why I need you to book tickets ahead of time from now on. I will not accept people just turning up on the day. Please book latest 48 hours before any event. This is simply to be fair on everyone present. And that everyone has a chance to know the context they are coming to.
