Waking up to the truth means not only recognising that you are Awareness, but also discovering the mysterious unfolding of how this is lived in your human life. This paradox doesn’t fit into any ideas and is an endless falling apart of whatever you thought you had or knew. You are the Awareness that is aware of everything that is happening, untouched, and yet also you are this human who is fully touched, fully experiencing this very human life. You are not just Awareness, and you are not just this human. You are both simultaneously. Truly realising this is mind-blowing, so the best the mind can do is call it a mysterious paradox.
