This Open Meeting starts with Silent Sitting followed by a Discourse. The discourse is always spontaneous and speaks from the fullness of present-moment awareness whilst often pointing to the down-to-earth reality of how awakening is lived. There is also time for Questions & Answers.

Nothing is required of you, other than an open heart and mind, and you may simply sit in silence if you prefer.

Both newcomers and those familiar with Amoda's message are welcome.
