This journey of Self-discovery is an opportunity to dive deeper into the truth of who you really are beyond all the beliefs, concepts and how it ‘should’ be. Through a subtle exercise we will find back to simple beingness and realize that the source and wellspring of all happiness and wholeness is already alive within us. We can relax into the present moment and find trust again in who we really are at the core of our being. This nourishes the deepest and real part in us.
