In this Open Meeting, we start with Silent Sitting and/or Guided Meditation followed by a Discourse. You are then invited to participate through Questions and Inquiry in a conversation that is fresh, intimate and authentic. This is an opportunity to investigate what may be standing in the way of the deep surrender to life and the revelation of awakeness at the core of your being.

This is an intimate gathering. Both newcomers and those familiar with Amoda's message are welcome.
