This seven-day immersion is an invitation to re-examine our understanding of awakening, and how our physiology acts as a reflection of a greater reality — ultimately leading to what could be termed as “Greater Embodiment”, a spontaneous flowing of Awareness awake to Itself.

Schedule The Immersion consists of a 7-day intensive program (February 24-March 3) with an optional 2-day spill-over, from Friday evening to Sunday lunch (March 3-5). During the spill-over days we still offer yoga classes and two meditations a day; and you will have the opportunity to integrate the deep experiences of the retreat during more leisure time. ​ Vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served throughout the immersion.
