What happens on a retreat?

Together we deeply explore the reality of this present moment, exposing the mechanisms that create the very sense of separation we long to dissolve. Meetings begin with a short talk from James followed by the chance to ask questions. The group may be small and intimate or perhaps much larger but there is always an atmosphere of absolute acceptance. Ultimately it all adds up to a celebration of life with openhearted sharing, sometimes silence, sometimes tears and always a lot of laughter. For those who would prefer to fully immerse themselves in this message, retreats offer a wonderful opportunity for a much deeper exploration. Each session tends to build from the previous one which many find beneficial.
